Incorporated in 1992, Manet Housing Limited (MHL) has become the second largest real estate developer in Ghana. It is now listed among the top 20 firms in Ghana.

Manet has built over 1800 homes to date. First among its accomplishments was the 350 home development of the Manet Cottage in Accra. The fully detached houses comprise 2, 3, &4 bedroom standard, deluxe and executive homes. This project was met with great enthusiasm and as a result was sold-out even before completion of the Manet Cottage project.

The successful launch of the Manet Cottage project provided the platform to embark on three other projects; namely Manet Cottage annex and Manet Gardens similar to the Manet Cottage and Manet Ville projects, which introduced for the first time elegant and affordable semi-detached homes.
