Regimanuel Gray Limited was incorporated in 1991 with real estate development and home building as its core business. The company has over the years acquired a great deal of expertise in turnkey project site development including roadwork, drainage, water, and electrical distribution networks. Regimanuel Gray Limited represents a notable successful example of private sector joint-ventures in Ghana. The Company is a strategic partnership between Regimanuel Limited, a Ghanaian Company, STI Global Limited of Houston Texas, and The ABRAAJ GROUP, a regional venture capital firm.

Ever since its inception, the company has had an assemblage of dedicated top-caliber local and expatriate personnel managing its affairs resulting in its emergence as the leading private real estate developer and home builder in Ghana. The Company’s well-known hallmarks are the timely construction and delivery of high-quality, reasonable-priced housing units at prime locations which are adequately provided with social amenities and well-developed infrastructure. To date, it has delivered about 4,000 houses bearing these hallmarks.

Our main area of development has been the Greater Accra Region where the majority of development in Ghana is occurring. In 2004 the Company expanded internationally into Sierra Leone with the establishment of Regimanuel Gray (SL) Limited. In 2007, Regimanuel Gray Engineering & Construction Liberia was formed to explore the opportunities available in the newly emergent economy of Liberia.

Regimanuel Gray will continue to explore opportunities in the West African Sub Region to take advantage of the increased demand for planned housing communities in the Sub-Region Our market is derived from an acute housing shortage that spans the region. In Ghana alone, it is estimated that 70,000 houses are needed annually. The delivery rate is less than 10% of this number.

While the predominant method of housing construction is by individual builders, this trend is giving way to the emergence of organized real estate development companies. This is particularly relevant to the non-resident African population living in the Diaspora who are in need of reliable housing delivery. In this regard, Regimanuel Gray has, in the last 23 years, become a leading private real estate development company.

The Company has also invested in building material manufacturing, primarily in the production of concrete blocks and crushed aggregates which are the main elements of our construction. We plan to further develop the building material segment of the business throughout the sub-region.
